Grab a towel and a friend and come on down to Lamberts Cove beach for a special sunset evening of wellness.
In collaboration with a group of awesome guides in yoga, movement and fitness modalities and hosted by the Town of West Tisbury's Parks & Rec department, we bring you an unique opportunity for community wellness in a slice of heaven.
This is an all levels class. Lets play in the sand!
This class is free thanks to the support from the Town of West Tisbury. As such, we open this offering to Lamberts Cove Pass holders each Thursday the week before the date of class and then on Friday to the general public. This class is limited to 20 participants to preserve the beach and free use of space. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to pre-register.
