Monday Mytoi Meditation

Join Jason Mazar-Kelly (YogiJay) at Mytoi on Chappaquiddick every Monday at 10 AM for an hour-long session of meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork. This class, set in a quiet and intimate Japanese-style garden, offers participants a contemplative moment away from the stressors of daily life. You will move inwards on a meditative journey, then expand outwards as you reflect on the natural beauty around you. No experience with meditation is needed.

In this class, he will guide you through a variety of meditations that integrate breathwork to leave all practitioners, no matter your level, with a feeling of calm and release by the end of the practice.
