About the event
Family yoga is geared towards the little ones! Yoga is a great practice for kids to help improve stability and balance as well as helpful for working on self-regulation skills. It's also fun and playful. So big people, grab your little ones and come on down to family yoga. It's a party!
The class is free thanks to the support of the West Tisbury Library, Sound Foundation and Martha's Vineyard Community Services! No registration is required. Recommended ages 0-5
