Confidently Sensitive: Yoga for Mental Differences

Supported by WholesomeMV, Lululemon and the MV Yoga Barn, Confidently Sensitive is a workshop for anyone supporting or experiencing mental differences in their lives, such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD and GAD. In this workshop, participants will be guided through a series of discussions, experiences and practices to support themselves in understanding the various expressions of mental differences and how being aware and practicing rememberance can support us in being more conscious in our actions while feeling relaxed and at ease.

The intention of this workshop is to empower and support individuals on Martha's Vineyard in their mental wellbeing. Participants will have the chance to learn from wellness experts, engage in meaningful practices, and connect with a supportive community.
