Lou has called Martha’s Vineyard home since 2009, building a life around fitness, hands-on work, and holistic wellness. He founded Cold Plunge Guys out of his garage, growing it into a trusted name in contrast therapy while also mentoring at the YMCA and running a local landscape business.
