Family Yoga on the Farm with YogiJay
Join us for a special family yoga class on the Farm! This class will include 15 minutes of guided movement to help get the wiggles out, followed by 30 minutes of yoga and mindfulness games geared for children.

Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
This is a parent/guardian program and children cannot be left unattended. Ages 2 & up welcome! Pre-registration encouraged as space is limited.
Jason (YogiJay) leads yoga in the schools programming for all ages all over the island during the offseason. Come play!
