Join us for a serene yoga nidra class under the moon and stars at Bend in the Road Beach. YogiJay will teach "sleep yoga," a guided practice that leads to a deep state of relaxation and healing. Classes will take place on June 20th, July 18th, and August 22nd, and you may attend any or all classes. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own mats, blankets, or towels with you. Registration is required.
