Join us at the MV Yoga Barn to start your morning off right with a power hour of yoga. Wake up your body, clear your mind and find your breath right from the start!
The class will begin with a warming vinyasa flow followed by some deep stretching and a sweet meditation and relaxation to ground you into your day. Will see you there!
Pre-registration is recommended but not required.
