This class offers a grounded, accessible approach to yoga that meets you where you are. Using a chair as both a seat and a support, we move through gentle, intentional postures designed to build strength, improve mobility, and create a sense of stability in the body. Chair-assisted standing poses are incorporated to safely explore balance and functional movement, while always having support available. Each session weaves together breathwork, mindful movement, and guided meditation to support the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore a sense of connection to your body. The pace is steady and adaptable, with options offered throughout so you can participate in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. This class is well-suited for those recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, working with limited mobility, or simply looking for a more supported and mindful practice. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced—just willing to show up and explore what’s possible with the body you have today.
