About the event
Join us in our 1-acre sunflower meadow for a flower-filled yoga session. Instructor YogiJay will lead the class in a walking meditation through the sunflower meadow, followed by a levels yoga flow.Â
Each participant will leave with five sunflower stems of their own picking. The class includes a small shared cheese board to snack on after class while connecting with community in the sunflower field!
Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
