About the event
Join us to celebrate the strawberry season’s arrival! We’ll head out to our Friendship Garden to pick strawberries and bring them back into the kitchen for this hands-on class. Participants will learn how to macerate fruit, make a compote, and even how to make a quick jam. We’ll make a bonus pastry to enjoy all the sweetness with.
