About the event
Thanks to the support of the West Tisbury Library on Martha's Vineyard, this class is offered free of charge! Ease into your morning with a series of gentle movements, meditations and breath-work all done using the support of a chair. Grab your favorite chair - preferably one without arms and buckle up for a creative morning of chair yoga and meditation! This is a great practice for anyone looking to deepen their meditation or breath-work practice as well as for those who may be new to yoga or are recovering from an injury and need to ease into the practice.
