Join The Trustees, WholesomeMV and YogiJay on the Vineyard’s south shore, at Long Point Wildlife Refuge, every Monday for yoga on the beach! Take in the sweet salty air and sound of the ocean during this outdoor experience.

Grab a towel or blanket, some sunscreen, a friend and maybe a swimsuit if you'd like to swim before or after and come on down to long point beach for a sweet beach yoga class. This class is geared towards all levels and involves a sweet mix of flexibility, mobility and balance play, with meditation, breathwork and guided relaxation on top!
Take in the sweet and salty air and sound of the ocean during this outdoor experience. You won't want to miss this moment of bliss! Follow @yogijay on instagram for timely updates and plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early as it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach from the car. Please note that we practice on the barrier beach between the pond and ocean.
